Gustavo Gauthier focuses his practice on Labor and Social Security Law, including litigation and advisory practice as regards collective bargaining and labor disputes.
He concentrates on the analysis of complex cases and situations which require a strategic perspective, in the sphere of both individual and collective labor relationships, and the corresponding advisory practice as regards negotiation and resolution of collective and individual conflicts.
Gustavo has extensive expertise in providing labor advice to companies and Government and private agencies as regards individual and collective labor rights and relationships.
Furthermore, he has significant expertise in payroll restructuring, together with negotiation with union counterparties and with the Labor National Agency.
He has participated and still participates as a company representative in the negotiations with the National Wages Council of varied sectors such as: air transport, fuels, renewable energies, food, vehicles, auto parts, afforestation and drugs.
Expert in Labor and Social Security Law and in particular in the regulation of the new ways of working.
His practice focuses on the design of strategies for negotiation and on the development of solutions for complex and novel matters which require innovation in the legal sphere.
Furthermore, he specializes and is especially devoted to the challenges posed by new technologies and the new ways of working, including the so-called “legal tech” and smart contracts.
