She is a member of the firm’s Administrative and Tax Law practice. Her work focuses on advising companies, primarily Grupo Matriz, on the analysis, negotiation, and drafting of a wide range of commercial agreements, as well as representing clients in administrative proceedings before various government authorities and in judicial review proceedings before the Administrative Litigation Court.

She also advises clients on tax and regulatory matters, providing timely, precise, and practical solutions tailored to the specific circumstances of each case.

Experience

Her practice focuses on contractual, administrative, and administrative litigation matters. She has extensive experience drafting, negotiating, and implementing a broad range of commercial agreements, as well as providing general corporate legal counsel, particularly to companies operating in the fuels and energy sectors. In this capacity, she frequently serves as a key liaison between clients and public authorities, regulatory bodies, and private-sector stakeholders.

Her regulatory practice includes advising clients on the legal and regulatory frameworks applicable to a variety of industries. She has substantial experience handling administrative proceedings before URSEA and other government authorities.

She also represents clients in hearings and in both administrative and judicial proceedings arising within her areas of practice.
