Stephanie Giordano is a member of the Notarial division. She regularly elaborates contracts, drafts records, powers of attorneys and notarial certificates.
She has experience in drafting contracts, encompassing personal and real property. In addition, she has also intervened in title and ownership analysis as regards disposition of assets and execution of security agreements.
She has experience in the corporate field and has participated in the incorporation, amendment and dissolution of business companies.
